Our story
Changing how healthcare staffing works
Novello was born out of a simple belief: healthcare staffing should be transparent, fair and easy for everyone involved.
Staffing in healthcare has always meant chasing. Chasing paperwork, chasing availability, chasing people. We built our own technology to end that. The Novello app lets healthcare professionals manage their own compliance, set their availability and secure shifts with complete transparency on pay and rewards.
For the organisations we support, that means shifts filled quickly by fully compliant professionals, at a lower cost than traditional agencies. We work with the NHS and the independent sector across hospitals, care homes, prisons, mental health services and the community.
And technology is only as good as the people behind it. Our software is backed by an experienced team from healthcare and staffing backgrounds, who understand the importance of every shift filled.
