We are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Magic Balance and WorkWiz, launching from 2nd March 2026.
At Novello Healthcare, we are committed to continually improving the experience, support, and opportunities available to our workers.
This new collaboration is being introduced to streamline our employment systems while providing our members with access to enhanced benefits, improved support services, and additional tools to support both professional and personal wellbeing.
Through this partnership, Novello PAYE members will benefit from an award-winning pension provider, exclusive discount opportunities, and expanded Welfare, Legal, and Health & Safety support — all designed to make your working experience more rewarding and secure.

We want to reward our hard working healthcare professionals. This new partnership will provide you with several benefits, including:

What will change?
This change does not affect your existing employment rights in any way, as the transfer requires all parties to maintain and continue your accrued and existing rights.

Novello Healthcare will remain your day-to-day contact and will continue to be responsible for your assignments, direction, and control.

You continue to be engaged with Novello Healthcare as a PAYE worker under Agency Worker Terms of Agreement.
This transition is designed purely to enhance your experience — not to change your working arrangements.
Who does it apply to?
These enhanced benefits and support services apply to workers engaged with Novello Healthcare through PAYE (Pay As You Earn) arrangements.
Workers engaged via PAYE will gain full access to the new employment systems and benefits platform, including wellbeing tools, enhanced welfare support, and exclusive financial and lifestyle benefits.
Why does this apply only to PAYE workers?
PAYE workers are employed directly through Novello Healthcare’s employment structure, which allows us to provide additional benefits, pension access, welfare services, and employment support as part of our direct employer responsibilities.
Workers engaged through an Umbrella company operate under a separate employment arrangement. In these cases:

The Umbrella company acts as the employer

Employment benefits and support services are provided by the Umbrella provider

Pension, payroll, and worker benefits are managed through the Umbrella company’s own systems
Because of this separate employment structure, the new partnership benefits cannot be extended to workers engaged via Umbrella companies.
