Novello Healthcare Awarded HTE Framework!

Novello Healthcare is delighted to announce that we have been successful in tendering for our place on Lot 3b of Health Trust Europe (HTE) Total Workforce Solutions (TWSIII) framework, which is already live!

This award comes soon after our announcement in June, that we were awarded our place on the Workforce Alliance Partnership NHS Framework RM6281. These awards are a real stamp of approval on the quality of our processes, service and business. Only around 175 companies are awarded both frameworks for nursing & midwifery services, from the thousands that tendered.

What does this mean for our partners?

Our mission is to create a sustainable agency workforce model for the NHS and other private healthcare organisations, so of course it was a necessity for Novello to be awarded on both of these frameworks.

To add further weight to our mission, we received the following feedback as part of our tender outcome:

“Novello Healthcare Limited submitted one of the most economically advantageous tenders as determined by the application of the Evaluation Methodology set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT)”

Basically, we mean what we say!

We will work in a collaborative manner with your NHS Trust, via your preferred framework (either Workforce Alliance Partnership NHS Framework RM6281 or HealthTrust Europe Total Workforce Solutions III) to find a sustainable model, ensuring you never have to escalate past tier 1 rates again.

What does this mean for our members?

We will now have access to a greater volume of work across NHS England, for both Nurses and ODPs. We now need to work with each individual trust to become a supplier of choice, and the market is still only showing slow signs of recovery.

But as a newly formed Labour Government seek to reduce the waiting lists and put the NHS at the forefront of its plans, we are confident that you will see an increase in the choice of work available to you.

Keep an eye on the app – it’s coming!
