Creating your Novello profile is simple, fast, and can be done from any device: smartphone, tablet or computer.

For security reasons you will be required to authenticate your mobile number, and before creating your profile you’ll need to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Once you have created your Novello profile, you will be required to provide information such as personal details, including, but not limited to, name, date of birth and address, as well as necessary documents for your placements that will form your compliance wallet.

Once your Novello profile has been created and your mobile verified, you can immediately start to upload required documents to your compliance wallet.

In the meantime, a member of our team will contact you to explain and provide guidance for completing the pre-employment checks, including how to verify your ID and Right to Work.

It’s up to you how fast the registration process can be. However, your registration also depends on third parties’ response time, such as referees and training providers.

On average, our candidates complete registration within 2 days to 2 weeks.

Novello members are required to provide evidence of experience for the job role applied for.

You’ll need at least 6 months experience within the last 12 months in a hospital setting in the UK (NHS or private placements) for all roles.

Applications from members not matching the experience requirements will be individually considered.

Please note that you will be required to explain any gaps in your employment history.

Novello members are required to submit a timesheet for each completed shift.

Timesheets need to be completed in full, signed by the client and uploaded to the Novello app by 9am each Monday.

We will then make payment to your bank account or chosen umbrella company by 5pm that Friday.

We understand the importance of getting paid accurately and on time, so we have selected a number of umbrella companies for you to choose from.

To ensure these companies are compliant, we apply strict compliance checks when onboarding them, then follow up with regular audits to ensure they remain compliant.

If you would like to refer an umbrella company that you have worked with that has demonstrated exemplary service, we’d love to hear from you. Simply contact a member of the team and mention the company in question and we’ll do the rest.
