- Trust: Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust – Bamber Bridge (Older Adults), Bamber Bridge (South Ribble CMHT Pathways), Blackpool (Fylde and Wyre CAMHS)
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Employment: PAYE or umbrella
- Pay: see table below
