The work: three roles at one care centre
This is a large, established care centre supporting older people, including residents living with dementia and residents with nursing needs. Care assistants do the core work: personal care with dignity, mealtimes, mobility, and noticing when something is off. Senior care assistants lead shifts and support medication where trained.
